Chuck Barnett: Chuck invested 14 years working for some of the largest builders in the United States, learning the nuts and bolts of home building and customer service from the very best. His experience of 20 years includes sales, construction, marketing, purchasing management, estimating and project management for award winning companies like David Weekley Homes and Weyerhaeuser Corporation. From a family of builders, Chuck "grew up in the business" of construction and has spent the last 9 years refining his repertoire by building fine custom homes as Barnett/West Custom Homes. With this experience Chuck knows how to produce quality, design and value in each home.

Chuck takes his profession seriously and continues his home building and real estate education by being a member of the National Association of Home Builders and Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. Chuck holds CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) and GMB (Graduate Master Builder) designations from the National Association of Homebuilders and a Texas Real Estate License, and is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Housing and Interior Design.

Most of all, Chuck loves his work. As he says, "I love giving customers the benefit of my experience, giving them good value for their custom designed house. I love it when my customers love their home."

Dawn West: Dawn has twenty-three years of experience in residential and commercial design. She is a two time McSAM/MAME interior merchandising award winner and five time finalist. Dawn's award winning designs create stunning interiors that keep furniture placement and functionality in mind without sacrificing the home's livability.

Dawn holds a Professional ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Certification and a State of Texas license for Interior Design, and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design.
