Please refer to your New Homeowner's Guide section "Warranty Year 1" for a list of subcontractors that can be contacted directly for warranty items related to their work or product.

Entry to your home must be provided during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you cannot be home please sign the authorization to enter and work on your home below. Please list each item separately.

I authorize Barnett/West Custom Homes and/or its subcontractors/suppliers to enter our home to perform the above list of items in our absence. I hold Barnett/West Custom Homes free and harmless against any claims of damage, demands, cause of action, suits or litigation which my result from the repairing of the items listed above.
