*3% Realtor commissions offer good for a limited time only and may be discontinued at any time without notice. Eligible contracts are contracts fully signed by both buyer and seller, with confirmed and receipted deposit of earnest money equal to at least the amount of the advance commission to be nonrefundable to buyer except on seller’s default. Should buyer fail to close the purchase and sale for any reason other than seller’s default, the advance commission must be repaid to seller by broker within 3 days of such default or failure to close.
